Use common sense when using hook and loop style fastened harnesses.  Be sure the hook and loop is securely
fastened down the entire length.  Do not use the harness if any sign of wear or damage is present.  Do not use
on dogs that are heavy pullers or generally out of control.  Use extra caution in high traffic areas or where the
dog's life may be in danger.
